This hotel was a really pleasant surprise. The location, right next to the jungle, made it incredibly peaceful and quiet. The rooms were beautiful, with modern spacious bathrooms attached and a nice balcony with a view of the jungle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us tips for our trips and arranging transportation. Breakfast was delicious and served on a private balcony.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main attractions and transportation is offered straight to them. the staff is very friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. Being near to the bus stop makes it easier to explore the area. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern and spacious bathrooms. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast while enjoying a magnificent view of the lush green surroundings.
The facilities are a bit basic compared to other hotels and might not satisfy those looking for a more upscale experience.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially with providing us transportation to nearby attractions like a tea plantation and waterfall. The hotel facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the location, nestled in a peaceful forest area just a short distance from the bustling centre of the city. the breakfast provided was delicious and there was ample parking available.

The room was comfy and clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was decent and filling. the location was great, very close to some local restaurants and stores. We were able to take a pleasant walk and explore the surrounding area. the view from our room was also quite nice.
The wifi was spotty and frustrating to use. the shower temperature was difficult to control and often switched between hot and cold randomly.
